There are a variety of medications available in the marketplace to deal with acne. Benzoyl Peroxide, for example it kills bacteria and cleans pores. However, Salicylic Acid prevents the body from creating too many dead skin cells which cause clogging of pores. Lactic Acid is a good solution to eliminate old skin cells.
If those medications aren’t working, there are some alternatives that are more potent. You can choose from Vitamin A or topical antibacterials. Oral antibiotics and Isotretinoin and Corticosteroid injections are also given.
